To meet expectations and requirements of customers we implemented Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000.

The standard includes requirements for Quality Management System that are applied in organisation, which wants to show ability of providing of products that are in accordance with customer’s requirements and which aims to increasing of customer’s satisfaction.

Following the ISO 9001:2000 requirements means:

• constant improvement of production processes
• engagement of both Management and staff in improvement of QMS
• system attitude to management of related processes
• making of beneficial relations with suppliers
